Bus Grill is Turkish, in the manner of Birol Dincli: Born, traveled, and globally recognized. Contemporary, but not stuffy Relaxed, without sacrificing an ounce of chic. We serve popular dry aged steak & Turkish favorites, through Birol's looking glass.
Service is family-style, recasting within a street bus design. The wine list includes 12 wines by the glass, seasonal cocktails and selection of beers.
Selected cut dry-aged for a minimum of 20-28 Days; our steaks cut and seasoned at your table to be unique house style. All are authentically charcoal grilled. The philosophy of BIROL DINCLI is efficiently produced, high-quality carefully sourced produce from around the world.

Born in Turkey and trained in Turkey and United States. Birol Dincli has received many prestige awards. In his career he has prepared special menus for presidents, prime ministers, government leaders, CEO’s and famous celebrities of the world.
A culinary egalitarian. Starting with nice appetizers such as hummus platter and avocado salad coming with homemade bread and pita bread. Excellent. Then, the main course of beef meat: it was buttery, tender, juicy and really tasty. This level of quality is very difficult to find in China. The wide selection of wines, especially the Italian ones, complete the matching! Everything was delicious. Birol and Arzu, the restaurant managers, are amazing giving to the service another plus.
